What “bull” and “bear” mean in market-condition publications

In everyday talk, bull and bear suggest direction. In a rules-based publication, they are labels for a defined observational state at publication time — not forecasts and not trade instructions.

Everyday meaning vs publication labels

Casually, “bullish” or “bearish” can mean a personal opinion about future price. In DeltaIQ’s glossary, labels such as Currently Bull or Currently Bear mark a rules-evaluated condition state at the moment of publication.

Snapshot, not forecast

A condition label is a snapshot under a fixed process. It can change when inputs change. It is not a prediction, target, or guarantee.

What a three-line publication includes / excludes

• Often includes: a condition label, live reference-price context, and disclaimer framing
• Does not include: personalized strikes, position size, entry/exit timing, or stop instructions
