DeltaIQ optional SMS opt-in evidence

Public, no-login documentation of how end users consent to DeltaIQ SMS. SMS is optional, separate from purchase, and sends automated publication reminders that prompt subscribers to sign in at My Account. Texts do not include market, ticker, price, or publication detail. There is no keyword / text-to-join path.

DeltaIQ already uses a Twilio number to send SMS when subscribers opt in. This page is the public evidence pack reviewers need to see the website phone field, unchecked consent box, and legal links.

End users opt-in by visiting our website at https://getdeltaiq.com/ and navigating to the publication subscription page at https://getdeltaiq.com/sms-signup.html (the same digital form is also displayed on the homepage at https://getdeltaiq.com/#consent). They enter their phone number into a digital form and check an un-checked box explicitly agreeing to receive automated publication reminders via SMS from DeltaIQ. A link to our Privacy Policy (https://getdeltaiq.com/privacy.html) and Terms of Service (https://getdeltaiq.com/terms.html) is displayed directly underneath this form. The form states: “By providing your number, you agree to receive automated publication reminders via SMS from DeltaIQ. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.” The SMS checkbox cannot be pre-checked. SMS is optional and is not required to purchase. There is no keyword, text-to-join, or offline paper form. After submitting the website form, the user continues to subscribe (required Terms and Disclosures acknowledgments, then Stripe Checkout).
